Before diving into detailed troubleshooting, try these 5 quick fixes:

1️⃣ Refresh the Application

Close FabriXWork completely → Wait 10 seconds → Reopen

2️⃣ Check Your Internet Connection

Verify internet access → Try loading a website → Switch WiFi/wired if needed

3️⃣ Restart the Agent Session

Close current chat → Click agent in sidebar → Start new session

4️⃣ Check Folder Permissions

Verify folder exists → Confirm read/write access → Reconnect folder

5️⃣ Clear Cache

Settings → Clear Cache/Reset → Restart application
